Well I just got through this week fighting Warner Bros. over my Superman Skull Cap, that I had on Ebay. They tried to tell me that is was against the anti-trust. But I won!!!! The fabric that I had taken the emble from was licesened from @tm DC COMICS which they own. Plus it had the @tm on the edge of the emble. Ending up having to call the guy to get it settled. After ten emails they were still saying I was in violation. What Jurks, but I Won ;D

Poetwares - I make & sell Skull Caps & recently I have started selling them on Ebay. I had make a Superman one for a special order & decided to try it on Ebay. Sold 3 with no problem. But the last one I got notice from Ebay that I had a complaint about the Skull Cap stating that it was against the Anti-Trust & that it was WArner Bros. that make the complaint. This fabric I was using was licensed, I'm real careful about that type of stuff. I used to buy & design for a major western shirt company & real familar with the laws. In the picture you could not see the @tm on the symbol. So in they (WB) mind it was against the anti-trust law. After alot of emails & being told that I could not relist the item. I decided to call & finially resolved the problem. I WON!

Wow! well good for you! geesh...while I am a defender of people's intellectual property, I think maybe this complainer jumped the gun in this instance...I suppose if you sell children's pajama made from superman fabric you are in violation of TM laws, lol
